Our journey will begin at Glenora Distillery, a locals & travellers delight, where we will get our first taste of maritime cuisine & have the chance to taste local whiskey distilled onsite. The backdrop to Glenora in the fall is a sight to behold. The following day we will get on our bikes and begin our bike journey, cycling along the Celtic shores coastal trail and around Lake Ainslie the largest freshwater lake in Nova Scotia continuing on to Baddeck, our first stop on the infamous Cabot Trail. We will spend a cozy night in a country lodge. The following morning we will set off towards english town where we will take a ferry with our bikes before ending our day in Indian Brook at a local retreat accommodation with saunas and hot tubs to soothe our muscles. Tuesday morning we will take off towards to seaside town of Ingonish, with the thanksgiving traffic behind us, we will enjoy quieter roads and surreal coastal routes. We will spend the night at the famous Keltic Lodge, pearched over the sea & you'll understand why this place is rated so highly. Wednesday our journey will take us more inland across the Cape Breton Highlands through a colourful array of changing leaves to the quiet coastal town of Pleasant Bay. Just when you think it can’t get any better, Thursday we will tackle arguably the most picturesque section of the Cabot trail. We will be well rewarded on the climbs with drastic sweeping coastal views, you’ll forget you're suffering up the climbs. We will have the opportunity to take a break from our bikes and hike the most famous trail in Nova Scotia, the skyline trail. Our day will end in the acadian village of Cheticamp for a delectable dinner at one of the most prized restaurants in the province. Friday will be our final farewell day on the bikes but we will end with a bang at my personal favourite place on the planet. Inverness, Nova Scotia, home to the most stunning sunsets you will ever see and a coastline unlike anywhere else we've been. Also home to the top rated golf course in Canada, you'll get to experience what makes this town so special through local hospitality, divine seafood and world class views. Our journey will end on a high note, you'll already be dreaming up your next trip to this special corner of the earth. 

We will bike between 45-75 KM each day with climbing days between 400 - 1100 M but there is always the option to ride in the support vehicle for any section.
