I love taking my splitboard out and climbing up Coronet Peak to watch some of the most amazing sunrises I’ve ever seen. Climbing up Coronet Peak is a great introduction to ski touring as you get to get comfortable using the gear, climbing up hill & rewarded with stellar views and perhaps the most colourful sunrise you’ve ever seen all while travelling in safe, controlled ski areas. I’m passionate about helping more ladies experience the joys of ski touring so I want you to join me this coming winter 2025. Don’t worry ski touring gear is not required as this adventure can be undertaken on snowshoes as well. There are also gear shops in town that rent snowshoes as well as ski touring and splitboard set ups if you want to give it a try before investing in your own gear.
